The rules and obligations that govern your use of the OneClick automation software.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and OneClick ("we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of the OneClick desktop application, customer portal, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not install or use the Service.
OneClick is a Windows desktop application that automates mouse and keyboard input for personal and professional workflows. Typical use cases include repetitive task automation, hotkey scripting, scheduled actions, and recording or replaying input macros. The Service is provided as a paid subscription with optional one-time license tiers.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of all applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the OneClick application on a single Windows device that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use during the term of your active subscription.
No other rights are granted, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights.

When you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Your license is bound to a hashed identifier of the Windows device on which you first activate the Service ("HWID"). Hardware resets are granted at our reasonable discretion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that share credentials, attempt to spoof hardware identifiers, or otherwise abuse the licensing system.
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period selected at checkout (weekly, monthly, yearly, or lifetime). Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
We want every customer to have a great experience with OneClick, so we handle refund requests case by case at our discretion. Because OneClick is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds simply for change of mind once a license has been activated.
That said, if the software genuinely will not work on your system and our support team has been unable to resolve the issue after a reasonable troubleshooting effort, we will issue you a refund. To qualify, please contact support before requesting a chargeback and give us a fair opportunity to help — we are usually able to fix problems quickly, and we would much rather earn your trust than lose it over a dispute.
You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all fees due. Failed or reversed payments may result in immediate suspension of your license.
You may use OneClick to automate workflows on systems and applications that you own, administer, or are authorized to operate. You must not use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others; to gain unauthorized access to computer systems; to bypass security controls; or to violate the terms of any third-party platform or service.
We reserve the right to investigate any reported misuse and to suspend or terminate accounts that we determine, in our reasonable discretion, are operating in violation of these Terms.
The OneClick application, brand, logo, source code, user interface, and all related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of those rights to you.
Any feedback, suggestions, or feature requests you voluntarily provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.
The Service may automatically download and install updates that improve functionality, fix bugs, or strengthen security. You agree to receive these updates as part of your normal use of the Service. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Service in a manner that we reasonably believe to be harmful to us, our users, or third parties.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the application. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately end. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Restrictions, Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will survive.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THOSE ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every hardware or software configuration. You are solely responsible for backing up your data and confirming that automated workflows operate as you expect.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OneClick and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OneClick is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you through the application or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the Service.
